Leave it to a Florida man to be the first person to be arrested for violating Hawaii's mandatory 14-day quarantine rule. Dwight Tucker, the man of the hour, was arrested on the island of Kauai.
Tucker flew into the Island the day before the arrest, checking himself into his hotel in the city of Kapaʻa where he was supposed to stay for 14 days. Unfortunately for him and everyone around him, Dwight couldn't help himself.
When he was arrested, he was in a city nearly 40 minutes away, apparently at a gift shop in Hanalei. Perhaps he just wanted a decorative lei.
